My Terms of Service

I am only able to recieve payment via Ko-Fi or PayPal

GENERAL:-Provide clean and fully colored references, unshaded prefered, (If describing with text, please describe as much details as you can).-I have a right to cancel/decline the commission if the client is rude towards me and/or the commission is out of my comfort zone.-My art style is almost never consistant. Please note that my artworks may differ with each piece, but it is still made by me.-The estimated turnaround time is usually around 1-2 months. It could potentially take longer because of personal and mental health reasons I have. Please do keep that in mind when commissioning me.-WIP's are something I 100% provide all the time. With each step I make I send over a screenshot of the piece so potential changes can be made.-Major edits can ONLY be made during the sketching phase, after the lineart started its only minor edits. (Major edits inclute pose changes, limbs/body being edited completely, etc)-In case if a delay happens I will let the client know immediately.

USAGE:-My Art is to NOT be used for commercial use or profit without prior note.-You can NOT under any circtumstance use my art for AI training/Crypto/Blockchain or NFT's. Doing so will result in you being put on a public blacklist.-You are allowed to repost your commissioned artwork on any of your social media pages with proper credits given, you may link my carrd or tag me if we are on the same platforms.-You are NOT allowed to heavily edit or change my artwork without prior knowledge or WRITTEN permission.-Minimal edits like cropping, color filters, overlays or texts on the piece are allowed, though I can also provide that for you. (For free)

Adopts TOS:-Once an adoptable is purchased, it is fully yours. This means you are fully allowed to do with it what you want. All I ask is to not claim the original artwork/design as made by you. Do also credit me on any site you post the original artwork on.-Do not resell the original adopt for a higher price UNLESS any extra art had been added to the design.-If you have any potential questions about the adopt/design you purchased/would purchase, feel free to message me on any of my social media! I am happy to provide some more information for you!

Due to ClipStudioPaint having a timelapse function, clients can ask for this to be turned on for their commission!
